Oluwatosin jumped into our project and was able to comprehend our tagging system very rapidly. She really got our brand and was able to produce things that were really spot on for us. She is a very smart woman.

Oluwatosin approached her internship with quiet diligence and a good eye for relevance. She immersed herself in our video archive, tagged content accurately, and surfaced a dozen TikTok clips that speak directly to African girls—a niche we’d struggled to reach. The clips she flagged are on-brand, culturally resonant, and ready to include in our collection of feminist education. She also organised and conducted a user-experience interview on her own, demonstrating poise with participants and an ability to translate broad prompts into workable questions. Throughout, she was professional, receptive to feedback, and required very little day-to-day hand-holding. The one area for growth is sheer volume. Given how well she grasped the tagging criteria, we’d love to see that capability scaled. Early mini-deliverables would let us steer search terms, broaden sources, and ultimately multiply the output without sacrificing quality.
