Learners will work on one or more projects of your choosing over the internship period, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.

In the EDU 580 (Education Clinical) course, candidates delve into current issues within school systems. Our project enriches this exploration, focusing on Equity Audits, Reflecting on Leadership, and Strategic Planning. We emphasize using data for equitable educational opportunities and creating inclusive cultures involving families and communities.

The experience aligns seamlessly with the course's 18-hour field experience requirement. Sessions, held weekly on Zoom, provide dedicated class attendance and discussion time, fostering collaboration. This holistic approach equips candidates with practical skills for real-world challenges in educational leadership, addressing the dynamic nature of contemporary education.
